Most are against it,rightly so. Do you realize tha tax breaks companies get for other hiring practices not dealing with race or gender? People that used be on public assistance, even if they are not recieving it at the time of hiring. Ex cons. Drug testing. I believe there are others too,all unfair hiring practices. How do you feel about it?

Affirmative action is discrimination -- even if it is discrimination intended to help people based on some idea that helping some people now balances against harming other people before.

Personally, I don't see that as a balance -- it's just an excuse.

We'll never achieve true non-discrimination as long as we make distinctions (for good or bad) based on race, gender, or any other personal characteristic.

Yes, and thank you.
Democrats in Congress, with our Union Money, have given all kinds of privileges to all kinds of people.

They are all against the people that have been Working People for Generations.

Anytime "Anyone" gets Special Treatment, some on else gets screwed.
That's the way Government Works.
And Democrats LOVE to decide who gets screwed!!!!!
It makes them feel goooood!
