Are you allowed to walk naked in your own garden or it is prohibited by law? (in case somebody sees you and report it to the police or FBI or CIA or KGB or KFC )

Being the nearest neighbor is a 1/2 mile away..I haven't had a problem. But there has been a couple close calls...but hey they are on my property and what I do is my business.

But keeping with the question..yes you could be charged with indecent exposure..maybe worse if a child sees you.

If your garden's hedges are tall enough that you can't be seen from public property (like the street), then you're golden. Otherwise, you should probably invest in at least a pair of pants.

If the garden is not in public view -- then yes. You can walk naked in private.

If the garden is in public view -- then it counts as being in public, even if you are on your own property.

Depends on what you look like. For some people it IS a crime to be naked (in public or private).

If you are not over looked it is alright, but if some one See's you and reports you then its a public nuisance offence
