So many people say it - but how many of you would honestly, without hesitation, take a bullet for your best friend?

Yes, I would. I have thought about it. I would rather be shot than to live afterwards knowing that I could have taken the bullet. I live in Jonesboro, AR where the school shooting was...and I know the teacher who lived after being shot. I think she is the most incredible woman EVER for having covered children with her body. She taught my son in the 6th grade and I felt honored to have her in our lives. How would you NOT take the bullet for someone you love?

If absolutely necessary, but I'd rather deliver a bullet to their attacker for them.

I'm not sure. I would if they had something to live for but i would want to talk to them about it. Like if we could choose who died then talk. If she was just about to be shot it would depend on my mood, if i was feeling depressed or i just looved my friend that moment then yes. If we had a arguement i might because it would be a way of saying sorry but then i might not. So basically i'm saying people say it but it depends on what their feeling if they actually would!

my best friend is also my husband
he takes care of us and he is my heart

I would. My best friend has done for me than anyone else...I would readily take the bullet for her.

No, I wouldn't want to deprive them of a well deserved bullet.
I sure haven't done anything to deserve a bullet wound, I'd have to take my chances and assume maybe they did.

i would take a bullet for anyone...i don't think i could bear to see a person get shot and not do anything about it....
