Where Does It Snow Year Round All The Time?

i live in Pennsylvania USA and i want to prosuse my snowboarding passion so where does it snow year round all the time other than antartica and you know north and south poles where does it never stop snowing anywhere in the world other than asia and the north and south pole

Maybe in some of the high elevation mountains.

canada ? or maybe alaska,

hm.. i live in ohio and it snows a lot here..
colorado?.. hmm im not completely sure.. but those are some places to look into
