try two 1 inch pieces of rubber bolted threw the hole place one on one side of the hole and one on the other side drill a hole in the rubber to place a washer and a bolt and a washer and nut place some water proof caulkin the bolt hole and around the bottom side (the one that is in the water) to help seal the hole...tighten the rubber till it makes a good seal....cover the rubber with silicone caulk let it dry....you should be good to go

Go to your local boat shop or hardware store & find the stainless steel bolt section ( ask the store employees, they're usually very helpful). Find a couple of 'fender' washers the appropriate size, with a fine thread bolt approx. 1 1/2" long & a nylon type lock nut. To plug the hole apply a generous coating of silicone to both washers on the side in contact with the hull & tighten it down. Allow to cure before hitting the waves. Since it's a Lund, you probably use it mostly for fishing & aren't trying for any speed records, the minor drag from the bolt head shouldn't be a factor.

Option 1You'll need three washers, a bolt & a locking nut. Get two washer 1/2 inch larger than the largest part of the hole & one washer that will just fit in the hole. Sandwich the small washer between the two larger ones. Apply a coat of silicone to each large washer (or a piece of rubber) Y install the bolt with the head under water & tighten.
Option 2
Buy a thru hull adapter & install a hose that extends above the water line or put a live well plug in it for a quick fix.
Good luck.
