Last week, Downtown Pittsburgh, Liberty Avenue and Grant Street (right by the Federal Building)....a saw a guy who actually wearing foil on his head, and carrying a sign demanding the government disclose its secret dealings with the Gray Aliens.

Oh, this freaky guy that keeps coming into my office and won't leave. I'm on the 6th floor of this office building, how does he keep finding his way back up to my office? No one seems to know just what he wants, he keeps talking about needing to talk to a lawyer, which we are NOT! Not even close, so why does he keep coming back??? He hasn't come back for a couple of weeks, but now that I say that he'll be back tomorrow for sure!

I am living at a shelter and one of the women who comes in flings her fingers out at people (some of my shelter-mates say she thinks she's throwing daggers or she is thinking "you're dead" when she does it) and talks to herself and unseen others. She is bonkers. I feel sorry for her because she gets made fun of (even if she did hit me in the back of the knees once). She recently got out of jail after being put up for a month (appx) because she did her little "finger thing" at a cop.

Had to be while passing and saw motorcyclist on the off ramp and one taking a leak there. I nearly broke my neck looking

I saw a woman walking down the street absolutely naked, but she had painted a blue bikini on her -- definitely did a double take.

guy, came down our road cussing himself out, with only blue jeans on, no shoes, shirt, nothing, went to the end of our neighbors drive way, in his crick, and a while later after going to buy some stuff, he was still there cussing himself out, so we called the cops, no lies, he was mental i think
