When I was working, I wasn't allowed to smoke at work. Then I turned to live with my parents and daddy said that he doesn't like when I smoke. In Italy, people can't smoke in public places, like offices, bars, cafes and everything else. On the cigarettes packages there are images of the worse things that can happen to the smokers.
But I think that people have the right to smoke. On the other hand, people have the right not to smoke. That's why it's all so difficult.

I can, but I work in a bar, so it's a given since I don't live in Georgia, California, or New York.
My sympathies to the smokers out there that live in any state banning smoking in public places that are privately owned, it seems that we can only be tolerant if it suits certain people rather than choose the places we patronize according to what they have to offer and allowing those places to accept the ramifications of their decisions.

In this city smoking is banned in any public building within twenty feet of the door. We have a sheltered smoking area outside, and twenty feet around the corner. :)

Nope, banned at work on July 1st, 2007. It's not a good thing that I didn't quit.

I can, in the break room, but they're talking about moving it outside and then from there I'm sure they'll find a way to ban it altogether. .
