They rarely show music videos anymore. They don't need to have a music video awards show when all they show is bad reality shows such as "My Sweet 16" and bad dating shows. Agree? Disagree?

I completely agree. MTV was once respected, but they have destroyed themselves by broadcasting horrible reality shows. For instance, once upon a time, "Real World" actually had cast members that held real jobs and desired respectability in life rather than drunken men and women who sleep with each other and strangers for fun. Shows such as this had something you could respect. Now, everything is so screwed up that all you can hope for is that teenagers watching MTV today don't take everything shown seriously.

Yeah it does unless you're into those reality shows (not exactly music television). I remember back in the 80s when it was non-stop videos.

they show music videos sometimes, and i like them bc theyv been aroud for quite awhile unlike other music stations....but their are so many other music channels that show music videos if thats what you want....but i like fuse and mtv2...mtv overall is preety good

I like MTV Tr3s. It has good music in Spanish and English. They have like one reality show, if any

MTV lost the "music" aspect since the 1990's. It should be called ETS ... entertainment television shows.

agree, even though i dont like the music they play, its suppose to be a music channel and they are passing shows that has nothing to do with music, its stupid

i dont think it sucks but it definitely isnt mtv anymore
i do hate shows like sweet 16 and scarred and stuff but sometimes i find those dating shows entertaining... me and my friends all like to watch that lol
but mtv has changed a lot i must say
