I buy from Amazon-Japan sometimes:

It helps to know a little Japanese, though there's an option to make the navigation (checkout button, etc.) display in English. (Beware: shipping is really expensive from Japan, often more expensive than the books themselves.)

Depending on where you live, you might be able to find them locally. Most big cities have some stores that stock Japanese books. I know of several in southern California -- earlier this week I was in Sanseido books in Costa Mesa; they sell almost exclusively Japanese books, and they have a huge manga section.

You could probably buy it online. If there is a comic convention near your area, they sell some and for the Japanese price.
