Leno is the hardest-working guy in Hollywood. He is always on everything, he is very funny, but I get p1ssed when he insults Hillary and Camilla.
Letterman is funnier, but he is a bit lazy.
Conan is funny when he's funny, and often not funny, but he doesn't have the kind of writers that Jay Leno has, Jay has awesome comedy writers, and my guess is that when Conan inherits the tonight show in a couple of years, he'll get some of Jay's writers and his monologue will improve. Jay does the best monologue in the history of showbiz, 20 minutes a night, 5 nights a week, 48 weeks per year. no one has ever come close---not even Carson.
