i use RealtyTrac.com
they list preforeclosures, foreclosures, auctions and bank owned.
you do have to sign up for the service...but it is free.
at the very end when it asks if you want a realtor to contact you ---say no.

i get two listings every day for my area via email.
but you can also look at their website anytime(once you are signed up)

good luck :)

there is no such service

if there was, can you imagine the possible scams that could be pulled off against you, the possible 'buyer'??

foreclosure real estate deals almost require that some steps be taken in person. You have to verify that the property exists and is maybe worth buying. You have to decide how much to bid. You have to figure out how to repair it if you do win it.

trying to short cut the process almost guarantees that you'll be back wanting to know how to get your money back after some scammer took your for tens of thousands.
