My house is at the beginning stages of foreclosure. If a relative moves in to help with mortgage payments, by giving so much towards the rent, will the bankruptcy court consider this as income to me.

You CAN'T be going though a foreclosure AND a bankruptcy at the same time. Bankruptcy causes an automatic stay on ALL collection actions including foreclosure. If the bankruptcy court is involved, the foreclosure is not. Your question, as asked, assumes a situation that can't exist.

yes but it will not stop the foreclosure so you and your relative need to find somewhere else to live cause nothing will help at this point . good luck and I feel for you .
