I was paying via BillMatrix but my payment was declined,so i checked bank account and the payment was pending?

Hi. I just tried paying via BillMatrix and my payment was declined, but i checked in my bank account and the payment was there as Pending.
Do u know if it's gonna go away? Because I really don't want to get charged twice, since it was declined and I had to pay via phone.

Nope, it wasn't my phone payment because i paid that one with a different credit card.

Could it be the phone payment that is showing as pending?
