I call them by their name if I know it, or "mister" or "miss" if I don't.
If you mean how would I refer to their race, I would ask them how they chose to identify, and respect that choice.
If I do not have the option of asking them, THEN I would refer to this person's race as mixed, biracial, or Eurasian.

You call them by their name or if you don't know their name just say Ma'am or Sir to get their attention. Thay are simply a person and don't need any labels.
