Good Will or a costume store, also anything with hearts or flowers is 70's-ish

Try a vintage clothing store, or look at a local Goodwill or resale shop. a lot of the fashions of the 70s - bell bottom jeans, polo shirts, aviator glasses -- have really come back in the past few years. You should have no problem. Go to Google images and look for fashions 1970s and you should get good ideas what to look for.

I would try a Thrift Store or Consignment Shop - If the cloths are just for a theme party you really don't want to spend alot of cash and your sure to find a bargain at one of these type stores.

I am with everyone else on this, go to a cheap thrift store or second hand shop!...but if you want something you will wear again, try you local H&M. Very often they have vintage styles that look good and smell less manky than second hand clothes! ;)

Hope that helps!

Salvation Army or Good Will. Or, the Halloween costume store. That would be a little more expensive, but they usually have good stuff.

search around your local paper for vintage stores where you live. when in doubt, get some bell bottoms and a crazy patterned button up with a wide collar. good luck :-)
