With my manufacturing firm... I could get hit by a truck tomorrow... and never wonder if the money was going to be there to provide for my family... thats a HECKUVA feeling.. lemme tell ya...

Success is defined by you and the goals you set. If you've attained most of the key goals in your life, you should be able to celebrate your success.
On financial wealth, it is usually a common key measure of success. However, don't chase for wealth for the sake of it.
Other measures worth considering include your level of happiness. This usually ties to "contentment" - how satisfied are you with your life?

real estate. stocks. bonds. 401K, IRA's, retirement plans. we are all over the board here...our eggs aren't in one basket so to speak but yes we will enjoy financial comfort in our retirement.

Thanks to Clinton's military cuts I won't have a good retirement.
Let me tell you, if you are over 50 and disabled, you are screwed.
