can constipation during the last 2weeks of pregnancy trigger more contractions off i have had loads of braxton hicks and stronger stomach cramps which is causing pain at my groin are which is because my baby has dropped i think
but can it affect the contraction if i am constipated
oh i am 38weeks pregnant

I have the same problem, at first I get like what I think are contractions and I cant breathe, but after I while of pain I have to go to the bathroom and I poop and after that I feel a whole lot better! Its constipation had it all the time, I am 32 weeks
