External graphics cards are currently being developed. Asus would be the first manufacturer to launch it this year.
I would suggest you to wait a year or two, so you can get a fairly reasonable deal.

there are no consumer external graphics cards currently out. nvidia showed one off at ces a few years back, but nothing ever came of it. u will just have to wait and see.

Even if they do make one, you wont want it. It will be tens of thousands of times too slow.
It's pretty easy to put an internal card in.
