My preferred answer is none of the above as all of them belong in the loony bin!
But if I had to pick, I'd go with Britney. I think K-fed has got too much growing up to do to have many skills as a parent and Angelina is stuck up!
But Britney isn't all that stable or grown up herself (ie, drugs, drinking, parties, rehab, no undies . . . etc.). So maybe they should be given to her parents or K-fed's parents until Mom and Dad learn a few things about life and responsibility!

Angelina definitley. Those poor kids deserve good parents and I'm sure Angelina wouldnt mind taking them. Britney is in no position to be a mother and K-Fed wouldnt be a good father either.

Between the 3, I will say Angelina. She has proven to really take good care of her kid and dedicate them time, not like Brit and much less K-Fed.
