It depends on why you're "not supposed to date him". If your parents or other people told you that he is bad news, chances are that he is. Guys have a way of appearing sweet and nice when they want things from you, in which case other peoples gage on this guy could be a way more accurate than your own. (Trust me... guys will do what it takes to get what they want including making you think that they are so sweet and innocent).
If it is because you have a friend who likes him too and you are supposed to do that to a friend, than I would say talk to your friend and see if she understands and will give you a blessing.
It all REALLY depends on your reasons, so I hope that one of these two scenarios fits into what you are looking for. Good luck!

You might want to post your questions to appropriate categories. This is dancing, not dating.
As for whether to date him or not - don't date those who you believe you're not supposed to date. Don't go against your own judgement.

well go with what u think if its a bad reason for not dating him then don't but if its sum silly reason then go for what your heart tells you
