I put my forks,spoons up and the sharp knives down,they seem to wash better when facing up. In the next town to me 10yrs ago a husband found his wife murdered in the house but when it was investigated she had fell on the dish washer while emptying it and managed to crawl into the living room before dying!

I have a dishwasher, but there are still dishes that cannot be put in the dishwasher. So we have a system around here that everyone takes their turn cleaning the kitchen which includes loading the dishwasher & cleaning the stuff that does not go in the dishwasher.

I don't have a dish washer and like you I am the dish washer in my house too.

I have a dishwasher. I can't stand doing dishes. But like someone said above, there are things that you can't put in the dishwasher that have to be done by hand.

I have a dishwashing machine, but it's busted so my mom washes the dishes and puts them in there to dry.

One thing I refuse to live without is a dishwasher. I do have to hand wash my pots & pans, but everything else gets done automatically!!!

nag nag nag nag . I had to move a door down the wall rewire and refinish two rooms but we watch more TV now so nag nag nag it could pay off
