2 Arabs caught with pipe bombs near naval base: Racism???

Question

2 young Arab men have been arrested after pipe bombs were found in their car near a naval base in South Carolina. Of course, thanks to liberals, there are cries of racism and discrimination by civil rights groups.

Question: If I was at a bus stop and saw a young Arab man walk up with explosives strapped to his chest, should I remain standing there and then get on the bus? I mean, after all, what would make me believe he was going to actually set off the bomb and kill people? Because he's an Arab Muslim? HOW RACIST!!!!! Am I correct on this, liberals?

I would not get on the bus, I would not stand there, I would immediately go call 911 or tell someone to do so.

I wouldn't care who thought what about me, if I see the bombs, why would I care what was thought of me, when after all I was trying to do was save people.

The same thing would happen if two white people were caught with pipe bombs. Would you get on a bus if 2 white people walked up to the bus stop with bombs strapped to themselves?

What's the point of your question? The 2 people who happen to be Arab had bombs.....end of story. You can blame who ever you'd like. I imagine you blame liberals for everything that way you don't actually have to deal with the real issues.

Are all liberals like ? that nah I think its only left wing ones like the progressive liberals and even then not many are that extreme at least I don't think so? I can't see how its racist to prevent Arab people from killing loads of people with pipe bombs. To let them do so would be mad ! Any liberal out there who can convince me that not stopping people with bombs just because they are Arabs is right must really be good at hypnosis.

Actually people who don't believe in stopping Arabs because they are Arabs are foolish. Think of all the people that could be killed. Thats not "anti-discrimination" ITS JUST MAD. How would a liberal feel if their baby had been stolen by an Arab ????

Not stopping people with bombs because they are Arabs is favoritism for ethnic cultures to the extremist point of martyrdom for them. THATS AGAINST THE EQUALITY PREACHED BY LIBERALS. FAVORITISM FOR ETHNIC CULTURES IS NOT EQUALITY. Is that not just plain ridiculous.

I'm positive that any American citizen with bombs would also be stopped to, however I think from the scars of September 11th CERTAIN people have been biased towards thinking Iraqi people are all evil. I don't think its right either to stop an Arab in the middle of a road with no evidence of carrying a bomb.

Liberals are sensitive to "profiling" because its far, far more effective than they will admit.

If any liberal claims profiling is not effective, all other liberals will believe it, as if it were carved in stone. They refuse to accept that it IS effective.

The bad part of profiling, sometimes innocent people are distrubed & that is tragic; however that isn't really why libbies are upset. They are upset because the results of profiling embarass their argument, their minority de jeur, is always innocent.

Where I live, the sherriff was profiling on I-95, traffic coming from Miami. The sheriff made unbelievable high rates of success and huge, mega volumes of drugs; he was forced to stop because it was embarassing to liberals that their minority de jeur was guily of these crimes despite the records were astounding.

Profiling is a necessary part of law enforcement, be it local or homeland security & that is why the dims/libs have demonized it.

The idea is to make it impossible for life to continue in the traditional form & down a traditional path.
Part of that is to remove critical procedures that deliberately undermine the process so they can say "see, the republic was an experiment that has failed - we need to go into a globalized structure - a more modern method of government.

Yeah I don't get it. Two guys of Arab descent were in possession of pipe bombs. How is that racist? I could see if they didn't know what race they were and assumed they were probably arab. But that's not the case. So basically the people crying racist are defending someone being in possession of pipe bombs. It's pathetic.

The Jihadists have no better friend than those here in the USA who call themselves liberals, or progressives.

The Leftists want to ensure that the enemy is free to move about our country unimpeded, levelling charges of "racial profiling" or "discrimination". Sometime they even employ terms such as "xenophobia" or even "Islamophobia".

Before the liberal apolgists get here--yes the bombs were found in the trunk of their car. The police ASKED permission to search (which they could've denied if they thought they were being 'profiled')--and the two said they had 'fireworks' in the trunk which they were going to use to celebrate one of their birthdays. Hmmm, wonder if Allah gives you an extra virgin or two if you blow your self up on your birthday.

I think that it just a few select real ignorant fools that claim it is racist. I can't imagine anyone, even on this forum who would agree that it is a racial issue. Bombs do not racially discriminate.
