Why not? I mean, they commited a crime (a serious crime, at that). That filthy person deserves to be in jail (anyway, I would love to get some reward money!)

I would turn them in. There is no justification in stealing. If I remain quiet, then I am just as guilty.

yes of course because some one could of died.and maybe one of mu relatives or friends could have been in the bank at that time.

I'd let them know that they're wanted & remind them that I know where they're at.
