There are many things to do and see in Warsaw. It is really up to your preference of what you would like to do. Adventure, sight seeing, attractions etc. The best way to find the most popular things in Warsaw is to get a guide book. Here you can find the things that attract you most and what you would mostly like to do. Hope this helps.

If you want to sightsee, you should visit the Old Town with the Market and Royal Palace - while its exterior may not be regarded as very stunning, the interior is really worth seeing. I'd suggest a walk along Krakowskie Przedmieście Street - it's near the Old Town and although is now being renovated, there are some nice buildings around and I suppose you'll find some nice bars too. If you want to take a rest, go to Łazienki Park with some palaces around - especially Wilanów. There are many more things, so the best choice would be to buy a guidebook and find out yourself.

There's the Warsaw Uprising Museum. It's very sad, but crucial to understanding the history of the city. You could also go to the tower that Stalin built that the Poles hate. I've never been inside, but it should be very nice. While you're in Poland, go to Krakow. It's much more exciting and alive.
