I have a bottle of GNC Mega Men multivitamins that expired on 05/2007. The seal is not broken. Can I take it?

The bottle was bought about 2 years ago, and it has since been kept in the fridge.

they won't be as potent, but will still be good for you.

Oh hell yeah. That expiration date is mostly used by the store to make sure their stock is up to date. If the seal is still intact as you say and when you open it the pills look normal I would use them. I'm sure you know they don't give those things away. Vitamins can be very expensive.
