I worked with a girl who was Iranian, but had moved here as a teenager. She was extremely intelligent, funny, and lovely. We also had an American coworker who went to high school in Tehran. His father worked there when he was growing up, and he absolutely loved it, and loved the people.

I think the Iranian people are young and smart and want what most Americans want: peace, freedom, jobs, families...

War with Iran would be a horror.

FRIGINAL is confused. The U.S. is seriously considering invading Iran, for what I believe to be absurd reasons, with the republican party supporting invasion and the democratic party opposing such extreme measures.
As for the people, yes. United States citizens tend to dislike people from the mid-East.

No one should be 'forced' to invade. That sentence is a lie. The U.S. invaded Iraq...

Iran and the US together with its people are not enemies as of the meantime. It is only when Iran does not stop its nuclear build-up that the US will be forced to invade it.

It is never about the common people they are just pawns in the political games by governments.
They are the ones that pay the price quite often with their lives when used as cannon fodder.

The "people" make No difference.
The Jap People were not our enemy.
The German People were not our enemy.

World War I, World War II, and the Korean War, were the last wars that the Democrat Party actually supported the USA.

Since then, the Democrats have always betrayed us, and then supported the Enemy.
It would be the same way with Iran.
