Fiberglass resin. You can find it at any store that carries auto products...Wal-Mart for example.
It fill the cracks, repair the holes, but read about how to use it before using it.
Good luck!
Some call it kitty hair!

If you have just "dings and chips" in your boat, you might only need a gelcoat repair kit. Gelcoat is the exterior coating on the fiberglass of a boat and is far more waterproof than the fiberglass itself. While largely a cosmetic issue, moisture can over time get into the fiberglass and cause issues that are hard to repair later. If you go to most any boat store (West Marine etc.), you should be able to find gelcoat repair kits. Bear in mind that gelcoat is strictly a finishing product. For deeper holes, you may need to do some glass filling and repair first. There are also 2-part epoxy faring compounds available to fill and smooth small holes.

My son has a 76 Chrysler Conqueror jet boat and I have a 74 Chrysler Coqueror 105. I found a local fiberglass shop and bought a small jar to repair ours. It's like a white putty ,that if you wanted, you could tint to match your hull. We dabbed it into the small chips and did a "build -up" in layers to fill a deeper chunk that was missing. It dried real hard and we sanded them smooth.

They might not "leak" - let water into the boat. But they might well "leak" by letting water into the fibre-glass matting and start the whole process of osmosis.
When you get a chip, grab some waterproof tape (gaffer tape / duck tape) and stick it on quick. This will keep it water-tight for a couple of days / weeks while you figure out the best way to repair.

fibreglassing is really easy but like all things the more you do it the better you get, your materials you need are, fibreglass mat and resin with hardener what you need to do is firstly sand the surfaces around the area you want to patch up with a caorse grade paper as you patch has to have something to grip onto, then cut out a template of the hole you want to repair out of card board tape it to the inside of the hole this is going to hold the shape of your newley moulded patch, then from the outside. lay strips of mat over the entire area , over lapping onto the sanded area. using a medium paint brush dab the matting with your resin and hardner mixture till mat tuns clear, once set, peel away the caudboard from the inside, and repeat the process from the inside, remember the rougher you can get the surface before fibreglassing the better your join will be, and the more layers you use the stonger the patch will be.
