When your period is late it means you are either pregnant, or you ovulated late in this cycle. The days between ovulation and menstruation is your luteal phase, and although it varies from persons to person (12-16 days usually) it usually remain within a day for the individual's cycle. So if you have a 13 day luteal phase like me, you can expect your period 13 days after ovulation. I track my ovulation so I always know when my period is due. Having irregular periods I never knew when to test for pregnany, but on my last cycle when 14 days past ovulation came and I had no period I knew I was pregnant, and I was.

I do get a few transparent discharge which appears like ovulation correct earlier than my interval begins. I did a few study and that is traditional to move slightly after a bowel motion. If you left part hurts then it makes me feel it's an ovary and might be you're ovulating overdue or there's a predicament along with your ovary that you just have to have checked out through a legit. Good Luck!
