There are times I really lack the confidence to finish my work. Imagine the scenerio when a worker was told to complete a job by this time, and when told the boss that the duration may have to be stretched, that wily guy told the worker "Then shorten it!".

This idiotic boss is trying to be funny and that can also make a worker lose morale, and thus, losing interest and confidence into completing the job.
