I go to UNCC, is there a antivirus software for free for MAC or is there any MAC antivirus software?

There's a free virus scanner for Mac called ClamXav.

Why does it matter that you're going to UNCC? How does that have anything to do with your computer being at risk for viruses? Anyway, I wouldn't worry about it. Nobody writes viruses for the the mac OS. It's more trouble than it's worth, it would affect around 5% of computer users compared to the 90% of people using windows machines. If I were you, I wouldn't worry about it. You'd have to TRY to get a virus on an Apple if you were to ever be afflicted by such a thing.

Why do you think you need any antivirus protection ? I suggest you learn something about the design of your operating system.

ClamXav does not protect a Mac. It is used to protect Windows machines which may be being served by the Mac.

Who is going to write a virus for the mac?? All it would do is disrupt elementary schools!

LMFAO um not sure if you now this but mac are immune to viruses they software is written so good it docent get infected no don't worry and no there arnt anti-viruses for MACS Pshh
