I like Kiara but not Alexandra. They also both end in RA which makes them sound similar. What about Kiara Alexis or even Kiara Alexandria?

Yess, but Kiara Alexandra has a total of 5 'a's in both names, which fusses the sound a little, JMO. But I like them both!!!

I like those names...all the a sounds are a little redundant.
Try cutting back on so many As:
Kira Alexandra
Kiara Alexander
Kiara Alyssa
Kira Alise
You may not like any of those...but maybe they will help.

to answer the question exactly and brutally honestly - no. it almost rhymes, which I think it a bit clumsy and naff sounding.
but both names beautiful independently.
