I just saw him and his mom on Ellen and she said he's always been like that. She said as soon as he learned how to talk he was just full of himself.
But she wanted to raise confident children. She wrote a book about it called "Raising Kanye" It might be a genetic thing too because he said if you think he talks a lot about himself and think he's conceited, then you should hear how his grandad talks. He probably got it all from him!
