Skylar is a boys name, and I'd love it to stay that way. Did you know that before the 80s, Ashley, Hailey, and Lindsey were all exclusively masculine names? Taylor, Tyler, Skylar, and Aidan are quickly going that way ... I'd hate for that to happen, because there are so few uncommon, good boys name.
Emily has been the most common baby name in America since 1996 (according to the Social Security Administration). The last time it wasn't in the top 10 was in 1980. Statistically, 10 out of every 100 children born this year were named Emily.
