Depends what kind of work you'll be looking to get where ever you move. If you are thinking to live off you savings, you know that won't last too long. Where I live, a city in the South with about 150.000, an important college city, you could find a good apartment in a good zone for that amount. Try to find a job in the city where you'll move before getting there. Good luck and please, be very careful.

New York, California and/or Massachusetts. Really anywhere Democrats are in power. They love giving things away to poor people. They are Robin Hoods. Just don't apply yourself and get a good job, then you'll be paying too much taxes for the real poor folks.

I hear that North Carolina is a good place to move as far as cost of living. Also, South Carolina.
