How canI make explict violence sound effects?

I am making a video. I want to make stabbing and pull-out guts sound. I am sorry if I shouldn't post this.

Use produce, fruits and vegetables of different densities, to simulate the sounds of the human body being impacted or manipulated in different ways. Professional foley artists do this. I.e., a head or heads of lettuce knocked against something or each other sounds, upon playback, like a fist hitting a face. A watermelon hitting the ground sounds like a head being smashed. Etc., etc. - use your imagination.
