Help with my Teen hangout business..any suggestions??

I'm thinking of opening a Lounge for teenagers. Any ideas of what you look for in a hang out place?? Music?? Bands?? Food?? Furniture atmosphere? Color??

My parents had one with food, a dance floor, pool tables and pinball machines. They bought it after I left home but before that my graduation dance was held there with a live band.
My dad served too big of food servings so the kids shared instead of each ordering so he didn't make any money.
Pick a target age group and perhaps restrict it from people too old and too young to keep the target group separate.
If you are going for the 13-15 age group you don't want 10 year olds or 18 year olds. If you are targeting kids 18-20 you might not allow kids under 15. You also don't want a lot of 25 year olds hanging around with the kids. Older people may be preying on the kids, selling drugs or alcohol or trying for underage sex.
