I think I always forgive and forget. There are a couple of things that I will never forget tho.

You spill my coffee on the keyboard, I'm going to be mad at you for a while or at least until you replace it and then forgive but remember it later for a good laugh.

You have an affair, well, will forgive years from now but NEVER forget and will use it later in arguements.

Normally I forgive & forget. But there has been 2 occasions in the last 2 years where I have forgiven, but I haven't forgotten. Sometimes there are somethings that have been said to you that cannot be taken back. :-(

I forgive, but I NEVER forget. Anyone who has hurt me once will most likely do it again. I forgive people for myself, not for them. I don't want to carry that hurt with me and by forgiving them, I can let it go.
