For example, if your arm was amputated and you cooked and ate your own meat. The arm is yours, and you didn't remove it specifically to eat it, who's to say you can't?

There are laws against stealing or mutilating dead bodies. There are also laws against failing to report the finding of a dead body (thus foreclosing the possibility of feasting on some frozen homeless guy).

I don't think there are any laws against autocannibalism. In fact, it is not unheard of for new parents to celebrate the birth of their child by cooking and eating the mother's placenta.

Cannibalism is naturally repugnant to the human mind and was abhorred by God and his ancient covenant people, Israel. This abhorrent act was prophesied to happen to Israel if they were disobedient to God and thus given into the hands of an enemy. Famine and stress from the enemy are listed as some of the causes of the people becoming cannibalistic- Deuteronomy 28:53-57; 2 Kings 6:28-30 God allows humans to consume only animal flesh that is properly bled. They were not to eat human flesh-Genesis 9:3 compare Leviticus 26:27-29; Deuteronomy 12:23-25 Even in a case of possible starvation or other emergency, efforts to preserve our life in ways that are out of harmony with God's will can only lead to loss of God's favor. However, dying with integrity assures one of a resurrection- Mark 8:35; John 6:39, 40

It would taste similar to pork as we have very similar digestive systems and so on. Also, the word for it is spink (like the word for pig meat is pork). I'm all for it!

there aren't any laws against it, and i understand you specifically aren't saying you want to to eat it, but even if you did. it would taste terrible.
