Duh, stay with Tristan. The movie is called TRISTAN and Isolde. not LORD MARK and Isolde.

Definitely stay with Tristan. No matter what the consequences, if you have love, nothing can truly hurt you. Sure, physically; but they have each other; that keeps them going. If I married Lord Mark, I would be out of trouble, but never truly happy. If being forever happy means staying with Tristan, bring on the consequences.

Tristan of course. I'd rather be with my true love & have to struggle through life by his side than marry someone I am not in love with & be even more unhappy. She shoulda just went with him when she was helping him escape w/ the boat out to sea!! Then again, there wouldn't be much of a story after that now would there? LOL
As Isolde said in the movie: "A life without love is no life at all." Can ya tell I love that movie?? =o)

Tristan--I'd rather not spend the rest of my life with someone I didn't like, even if it meant I got to avoid punishment.
