I see it so many times that it's wrong because the Bible says so. Hmm, what about the millions of people on Earth that don't read the Bible? Or that can't read the Bible? Other religions? Does it mean only well read, literate Christians are homophobes?

I always wonder, if one day in the future... there's an alternate version of the bible that was hidden. I mean, all those different books...written by different people at different times. Who's to say what they kept and what they altered?

Hey - People are free to believe what ever they want to. It's their life, and they are causing you no harm, except getting under your skin.

In the books of David, the most recent found, it clarifies that homosexual in the bible meant 'male prostitute', the only part in the bible that is against homosexuals is 'man not have sexual acts with another man' however_
God nor' jesus nor even Moses wrote the bible, and the only bit about being against homosexuals is the one in the new testiment, so it was written by the hand of man therefore nowhere does it claim that God or his children or his men are against homosexuals.
Plus what about homosexuals who give their life to god, will they be punished? Highly doubtful.

Hope this helps
Dan

Like any other religion, believers will consider non-believers to be incorrect or perhaps even immoral when dealing with their world views.

Christians don't believe that their laws apply to just Christians, but to everybody.

In addition, there are plenty of religious kooks, who believe that God will send down hellfire and brimstone and all sorts of nasty natural disasters because gay people exist.

Where is the righteous outrage against wearing cotton-poly blends? Or the demand for public death by stoning for being involved in adultery? Or the public protests against shopping on Sunday? Christian zealots sure can be selective when they thump their Bibles, can't they?

What do you mean How can I say it? Well, I just say it. Your other statements are not logical. Just because someone has not read something doesn't make it null and void. The definition of a homophobe means that you are afraid of homosexuals. I am not afraid of them; I just do not agree with them. There is a big difference.
