Oh, come on... Are you really that lazy? Type "Julius Caesar" into Google and see what happens. Or just read the Wikipedia article on him:

Julius Caesar is the most well known Roman, arguably the most recognizable name in history.

Julius Caesar's most lasting impact is that he brought civilization to northern Europe when he conquered Gaul. This set the stage for the flow of civilization into Britain, which, when coupled with the eventual fusion of Romano-German cultures, laid the groundwork for modern Europe.

He is also famous for being a legendary strategist, arguably the greatest in antiquity. Caesar not only conquered Rome's oldest and most hated foes (the Gauls), but he pacified them; and turned them into a reliable and loyal province of Rome. Then, as if to disprove the naysayers who say that the results were inflated due to fighting undisciplined Gallic Warriors (which is a lie, Gauls were renowned for their ferocity in combat), he then took on the hardened, disciplined Roman legions of Pompey Magnus, another general who is widely regarded as the finest Rome ever had.

The final great influence of Caesar is his enigmatic personality. Was he a creator or destroyer? We in the modern days tend to view him as a tyrant who brought down the Republic. However, many people in history, including William Shakespeare, saw Caesar as a benevolent ruler, taking the reins of leadership at a time when Rome needed it the most. Caesar was a man simultaneously admired by everyone from the Nazi Germans to the Victorian British to modern Americans.

Julius Caesar is a fascinating person to study.

What a stupid question, and you've spelt the name wrong. It's Julius Caesar.

He was a consul of Rome and a general. He won lots of battles. He was so great the senate declared him dictator for life (sort of the first emperor)
