I take two Tylenol as soon as the headache comes on.

cut a lime and rub on your forehead, it will quit throbbing. Take some medication, lay down in a dark quite place
KILL anyone who bothers you while doing this...

Drink a soda or take ibuprofen. That stuff knocks my headaches out right away. :) I have one right now, and I am drinking a Coke, because I don't feel like taking an ibuprofen right now. :)

Drink water....take a tylenol with water...put a cold compress over your head and lie down.

drink lots of water or juice sit down or lay down listen to some soothing music or just lie there quietly and calm down
