i play playstation or pop in a movie. I always have a hard time falling asleep so I normally take a midnight smoke, and I dont mean marlboro.

Usually read until I feel sleepy then switch the light off only to realise I still cant sleep, repeat exercise zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

My bedroom window opens to ocean (about 1/2 mile away). That's the best sleeping pill I have. I sleep as the waves crash on shore.

same here, except the smoking. i've always heard that the scent of lavender is supposed to relax you...
