you are getting unbelievably ridiculous. what a bunch of bloody sheep you all are. im horrified. i used to have faith in humanity as a whole but now that has finished. you are all, and by all i mean dave s and shambo followers baying for blood. anyones blood as long as its kate and gerry's.

Aha. somebody speaking sense on this subject at last. Whats done is done, crucifying the poor couple isn't going to help anything, what they need is support and help not constant carping and criticism from all of these "perfect people".

They made a mistake and have to live with it for the rest of their lives. Please remember that the man (or woman) who never made a mistake never made anything.

If you cant help them, please don't try hindering them.

I think you are insulting peoples intelligence there L.D.
If I agreed with you does that make me a bloody sheep as you so poetically put it.
Just because I & many others have a similiar point of view as Dave S & Shambo doesn't make us sheep mainly like minded.
There is no doubt that the M'Canns left their children alone that night, which in my mind is child neglect. They have constantly contradicted themselves throughout the whole investigation.But first & foremost in my mind is that Maddie will be found safe & well.
My daughter thought that the M'Canns were brilliant doing everything they could to find her. I told her they should be prosecuted for neglect. She told me that surely I would have done the same if it was her or my other children , she knew she would if it had been her child. I told her I wouldn't nor would she, she looked at me in sheer horror at my remark till I added neither you nor I would need to do what the M'Canns are doing because I never left you alone & nor would she leave hers, In the end she agreed with me. If I had ever had a child abducted through any other reason other than I left them alone then yes I would leave no stone unturned as I'm sure every other responsible caring parent would.
I'm not baying for blood only justice for Maddie.

Wait a minute, petal. Doesn't Madeleine count now? Or is it all about the new saints? All this bloody mess could have been avoided if the "perfect parents" hadn't been so effing selfish. And I'm not baying for blood - all I want is justice for that wee girl. Whatever happened that night, whether it was an abduction or whatever - Gerry & Kate McCann are the root cause.

BTW: I'm not a bloody sheep either - I'm doing what I'm entitled to do - state my opinion!

Well I am no sheep or follower. I have my own opionion on the whole thing ( i think Mc Canns are guilty of neglect but dont deserve alot of whats being posted). It isnt shared by the majority of the folk here. I used to get angry and post but then I thought why bother, just dont read it and be happy with what I believe. Some posts are just down right sick but even those who are against what the McCanns have done even know that and have voiced their opinions. So just try not to read em, or get angry as its the trolls who are making this a bad place to be.

I don't think so!! However I don't understand all this obsession with the McCann's, I just can't be bothered to get in on the debate. Children are neglected and abused every single day in Britain, to me that is more shameful and important. The only people that can help Madeleine now are the police or the angels.

Well answered Middenraker. I appreciate you have a different view to mine but I am not a follower, I am an individual with a different view to yourself. I formed my views from the start. I have listened to others opinions and tried to see the other side but still hold to my original view. I think the one thing that we are at least all agreed on is supporting Madeleine. Unfortunately it seems to me that pound signs are obstructing the parents from doing the same.
