I had an even better experience: I received an "i love you" IM message from someone I never heard of or met before. He also claimed that once I would have got to know him, I would drop all the men in my life for him...

Nah, it doesn't bother me-- in fact, I appreciate knowing I am loved!
But I think that's more of a girl thing to not freak out a little with same sex stuff like that.

Not really...if you take it as stalking then it probably would freak you out. I love you also means, "Thank you for being my friend and I care about you". I love you Lt. Dan!!!

Nothing freaks me out anymore. Something might raise my eyebrows but that's my limit when it comes to reacting.
