Bonds will finish the season with approximately 764 home runs. Since San Francisco won't resign him and no other team will take his bloated ego, that number will be the goal for A-Rod.

It depends on how long he plays. If he retires next year he'll probably get around 800 but if he stays healthy he could play for a few more years and possibly hit more than 900 and beyond. He's always said that he would love to play for ever so Julio Franco watch out! LOL

Once he breaks the record and the pressure is off again, I see him hitting a few more than recent weeks. Probably hitting close to 770 would be my guess. He hasn't said it but he knows he will probably retire after this year due to the stress of breaking Hammerin' Hanks record, so you can bet after this year his mark will stay for about 8 years, whe A-Rod hits his 800th saying he stays healthy.

He is going to hit easily over 800 HR for his career. He's going to the AL so he can be a DH
and you know he's going to the Yankees, or the Angels.
