You don't need to see it. You can read it and follow along with each pitch on CBSsportsline. It's like listening on the radio, but you have to read it instead. I love it.

Maybe you can try this http://satellite-tv-on-computer.info
they say:
You Can Get over 3000 STATIONS on your PC. You don’t need a satellite dish, receiver, or any cable or satellite service! All you need is an internet connection and a computer. Watch all these channels anywhere in the world. More than 1 million users are already enjoying the incredible variety.
But it seems that you must pay $49 one time fee for 3000 stations.

The first answer is correct. MLB, more than any other league, is extremely protective of its properties. They'll go after anyone who tries to skirt their copyrighted property, and they are very vigilant.
It's difficult to even find an online radio broadcast of games these days. If you find stations that broadcast a game, you'll just get static once the game begins. However, the $14.99 per year they charge for Gameday Audio is a very good deal.

You cant get them for free. If it was free then people would watch it at home for free instead of going somewhere to watch it, or go to the game. You can buy the games on mlb.tv but you cant get them for free. Id say just turn on your tv and hope the game is on. All my teams games are on because i live 50 miles from them and its on a local channel.

You can't. Baseball is capitalistic to the nth degree. They will not allow fans to do anything for free. Even if it includes excluding the poor fans who they claim to be reaching out to.

I don't know any websites, but you can probably find a radio station that broadcasts your local team.
