10 more years for Arod, 30 hr per year (300 + 500=800)

I would say that it is almost a no brainer.

He will, as long as he stays healthy. There is some luck involved with not getting an injury that sidelines you. Ken Griffey Jr probably would have had a chance to break the record had he stayed healthy.

He is on pace to but im hoping he doesnt. If hes like Bonds and gets better as he gets older then he definantly will break it but if he decreases his home run production as he gets older it will be close. If he stay off the DL then he will be fine and break it.

The lords of baseball can only hope so.

Of course, this assumes A-Rod has been clean and will continue to be.

Barring a major injury I think Rodriguez will be the new home run King in a few years.
