This so-called reality shows are seemingly taking aim at weight, which is a cheap way to attempt and score ratings. The Shaq program has redeeming qualities which all can learn from, but the other programs are simply sad paths to rating's points.

I think it's stupid. I mean walking 500 miles could make you lose weight but if you're 300, 400, or 500 lbs. It's dangerous, especially if you sleep on the ground in the rain in 35 degree weather, and have only oatmeal and a banana for breakfast. It's discouraging because they are putting you in an element which promotes failure. Not only that, they put them behind a whole group of athletes in the Boston marathon and then they have them in competition against each other knowing that the more people who quit, the less money they have to give...I'm appalled by this show.

I think it is a very degrading title...I mean OK the idea is fine, but they could have picked a better name like stamina march or something...

I didn't like how they have challenges against each other because then it discourages them to work together.
