Bwhaahahah, thats laughable, here's a bit of advice libbie, since you love those weak socialist countries, go move there! The United States government as dictated by the constitution is the single greatest document written by man. It beqeauths power from people to the government, allowing the most free republican democracy in human histroy. It may not be perfect, but its far superior to anything prior or since.

I think America should adopt Anarcho-Capitalism instead of this 3rd Way Socialist garbage that we're currently suffering under. Anarcho-Capitalism is a system of societal organization in which everything is privately owned and the initiation of force against the person or property of others is outlawed, even if it is popular to do so. Under Anarcho-Capitalism, the roads would be private (and therefore would actually be maintained and we wouldn't have any bridges collapse), the legal system would be private (and therefore would actually provide justice because it would have to provide justice to people or it wouldn't get paid), and the schools would be private (and therefore more efficient, as private schools routinely perform better than public schools despite less funding). There would be no need for a military, as any government that desired to conquer America would have to conquer the country neighborhood-by-neighborhood (think of trying to invade Switzerland or our current situation in Iraq, only much more difficult). All industries would be open to competition, including the ones currently monopolized by government edict (only governments can create monopolies). The money would be based on a Gold Standard instead of being printed out of thin air by a government cartel (and therefore, we would have deflation and permanent economic growth in place of inflation and the business cycle).
However, such a system is still far too radical at this particular moment, so it is probably best to back a Constitutionalist such as Ron Paul who will (at the very least) force the federal government to obey its own laws for once.

Considering our government helped create Germany's government and saved France's government during WW2. I think I'll stick with our government. Not to mention this country has been prospering for over 200 years and is the most powerful in the world. Again, I'll stick with our current form of government.

It may not be necessary to go as far as renaming the country, designing a new flag, and rewriting the constitution. All that's necessary is for the people to take back America from business and religious influence, and the military/industrial complex. Business, religion, and corrupt media and political leaders are destroying this government. The people need to organize and collectively write a new manifesto outlining a new description of human rights, values, acceptable behavior, manner of electing leaders in government, and placing strict controls over business and religion. And, outlining a rational and systematic approach for undertaking a humane means of population control in this country, and perhaps even around the world. Only then can we begin to lay the foundation for a true government and a true free people of America.
Einstein was right all along.

Both Fance and Germany have a representative form of government.
France has a president and a prime minister and a two section legislature, kind of the same way we do.
Germany is also has two branches, and a Prime minister.
The difference isn't in the governments, it's in the laws they passed.

Due to Zionist control throughout the deep fabric of this society, I too believe anarchy is the only answer. Keep your weapons and watch out for FEMA when they call for martial law, as thats the final solution for the Zionists to take complete control; through Homeland Security (Israel).

No. The US form of government is the best possible. It is not perfect, but no government is.

Tougher rules need to be put in place to weed out as much corruption as possible, but the system we have now is basically good.
and corruption exists for both democrats and Republicans EQUALLY

Let's go for a benign monarchy. They take a long view of things and don't always have to pander to the voters and attain immediate success.
